The "Protecting Individuals with Down Syndrome Act" prohibits abortions performed because of a belief or diagnosis that an unborn child has Down syndrome, and establishes criminal penalties and civil remedies for violations. This bill also requires medical professionals to ask pregnant women about any knowledge or evidence concerning the unborn child having Down syndrome and informs them of the prohibitions of abortion under this section. Additionally, the bill specifies that violations will be considered discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act, potentially resulting in a loss of federal funding.

The "Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025" mandates that states report abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to receive Medicaid funding for family planning services. This act requires the CDC to establish a system for collecting standardized abortion data, create a standard reporting worksheet for states, and issue annual reports based on the collected data. States must report data including maternal age, gestational age, race, ethnicity, abortion method, and other variables, and certify the accuracy of their submissions. States providing false information will lose Medicaid payments for family planning services and supplies.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health benefits coverage that includes abortion coverage, with exceptions for rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother. It clarifies that premium credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage, allowing for separate purchase of abortion coverage without federal tax credits. The Act also requires health plans to transparently disclose the extent of abortion coverage and any related premium surcharges to enrollees.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospital transport and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

The "Protect Funding for Women's Health Care Act" prohibits federal funds from going to Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its affiliates. It states that the funds will still be available to other eligible entities for women's health services. It does not alter existing abortion-related limitations or decrease overall federal funding for women's health initiatives.

The "Recover Fraudulent COVID Funds Act" extends the statute of limitations for criminal charges and civil actions related to fraud in pandemic-era programs, increasing the time to bring charges or initiate actions to 10 years after the offense or discovery of the violation. This extension applies to offenses and violations related to funding and programs authorized under laws like the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act. The bill aims to provide more time to identify and prosecute those who defrauded COVID-19 relief programs.

The "AMERICANS Act" aims to provide remedies for members of the Armed Forces who faced adverse actions due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. It restricts new mandates, prohibits negative actions against unvaccinated service members, and allows those discharged or negatively affected to apply for remedies such as discharge upgrades, reinstatement, compensation, and expungement of records. The Act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members and limits consideration of vaccination status for deployment and assignment decisions, and provides exemptions for COVID-19 vaccination based on natural immunity, health conditions, or religious beliefs. Additionally, it terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated for refusing the vaccine and reimburses any prior repayments.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" (SAVE Act) aims to ensure that only U.S. citizens register to vote in federal elections by requiring documentary proof of citizenship during voter registration. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include citizenship verification and mandates states to verify citizenship using various databases and federal information. The Act also establishes penalties for registering non-citizens and provides guidance for states to implement these changes.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to update Medicare's chiropractic coverage to reflect modern practices. It broadens coverage to include all services that Doctors of Chiropractic are licensed to perform in their state, not just manual spinal manipulation. Payment for expanded services requires doctors to attend a documentation webinar. This aims to align Medicare with other healthcare systems and improve beneficiary access to chiropractic care.

The "Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act" suspends U.S. funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) until any pandemic-related treaty is ratified by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. It restricts U.S. participation in international agreements under the WHO Constitution for pandemic response unless approved as a treaty by the Senate. The Act prohibits U.S. funds from being used for the WHO from the date any such agreement goes into effect until Senate approval.

Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who were not inspected upon entering the U.S., had a revoked nonimmigrant visa, or violated their visa terms, and are charged with a crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to inform victims and their families about the alien's identity, immigration status, criminal history, custody status, and removal efforts. The law also ensures that it does not diminish any rights crime victims have under existing laws.

The ERASER Act requires agencies to repeal at least three existing regulations for every new regulation issued, especially major ones. For major rules, the cost of the new rule must be equal to or less than the cost of those being repealed, as certified by the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, the Government Accountability Office must regularly study and report on the total number and economic impact of federal regulations. This aims to reduce regulatory burden and control the economic impact of federal rules.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
