The "Charitable Act" modifies the tax deduction for charitable contributions for individuals who do not itemize deductions. The Act also directs the Office of Personnel Management to establish a maximum regular workweek for Federal firefighters, not exceeding an average of 60 hours per week. The "Holocaust Education and Antisemitism Lessons Act" directs the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to conduct a study on Holocaust education efforts in schools across the country. The study will assess curriculum requirements, teaching methods, materials used, and how students' knowledge and recognition of antisemitism are evaluated. A report on the study's findings must be submitted to Congress.

The "Brownfields Redevelopment Tax Incentive Reauthorization Act of 2025" extends the tax deduction for environmental remediation costs, incentivizing the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield sites. It allows taxpayers to deduct these expenses, promoting investment in revitalizing potentially contaminated properties. The act also extends the authorization of appropriations through 2029 and requires the EPA to update guidance on water contamination testing technology.

The "Expanding Labor Representation in the Workforce System Act" increases the funds available to state and local workforce development boards for administrative costs, raising the limit from 20% to 30%. It also broadens the definition of "labor organization" to include federations and bodies of labor organizations, as well as organizations representing certain groups of public and other-sector employees.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to modernize Medicare coverage for chiropractic services. It expands coverage to include all services provided by licensed Doctors of Chiropractic, not just manual spinal manipulation. Doctors of Chiropractic are required to attend an educational webinar to be eligible for Medicare reimbursement. This aims to align Medicare with other healthcare systems and private insurance in recognizing the full scope of chiropractic care.

The "Medicare Hearing Aid Coverage Act of 2025" aims to remove the existing Medicare exclusion for hearing aids and related examinations starting January 1, 2026. Additionally, the bill requires the Comptroller General to conduct a study and report on existing hearing aid programs, assessing their effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement.

The Handgun Permit to Purchase Act aims to reduce gun violence by providing grants to states, local governments, and Indian tribes to develop, implement, and evaluate handgun purchaser licensing programs. To be eligible for these grants, applicants must have laws requiring individuals to be at least 21 years old, undergo background checks, and reapply for their license or permit every five years. These programs are intended to ensure that individuals prohibited from possessing a firearm do not obtain a handgun purchasing license or permit. The Act authorizes the appropriation of necessary funds to carry out this grant program.

The Muhammad Ali Congressional Gold Medal Act authorizes the presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal to Muhammad Ali posthumously, in recognition of his achievements as an athlete, civil rights champion, and humanitarian. Following the presentation, the medal will be given to his wife, Lonnie Ali. The Act also permits the creation and sale of bronze duplicates of the gold medal to cover production costs, with proceeds deposited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
