Additionally, the bill streamlines registration processes for researchers to facilitate legitimate scientific study of these substances. It also includes technical corrections and mandates updated federal rulemaking to ensure effective implementation.

The WARN Act aims to improve community safety during weather emergencies by directing the Comptroller General to study the effectiveness of local, state, territory, and federal emergency alert systems. The study will assess alert dissemination methods, evaluate the clarity and actionability of alert content, and explore improvements to public alerting systems. The Marc Fischer Memorial Act mandates that the Bureau of Prisons implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve 100% digital scanning of all inmate mail to interdict fentanyl and other synthetic drugs. The Protect Our Letter Carriers Act of 2025 aims to enhance the safety of postal workers by funding high-security infrastructure upgrades, including electronic mailbox keys. The bill also mandates the appointment of dedicated federal prosecutors for postal crimes in every judicial district and requires stricter sentencing guidelines for those who assault or rob postal employees.

This bill establishes a commission to study the feasibility of creating a National Museum of Italian American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. The commission will develop recommendations for a plan of action, including a fundraising plan to support the museum's establishment, operation, and maintenance without federal funds. The commission will submit reports to the President and Congress, and will conclude 30 days after submitting its final reports. No federal funds will be used for the commission's work.

The Love Lives On Act of 2025 ensures that surviving spouses of veterans and service members retain their earned benefits, including dependency and indemnity compensation, educational assistance, and Survivor Benefit Plan annuities, regardless of remarriage. Additionally, the bill expands TRICARE eligibility to include widows and widowers whose subsequent marriages have ended. The Patriot Day Act formally designates Patriot Day as a federal holiday. This legislation adds the observance to the official list of legal public holidays under 5 U.S.C. § 6103(a).

The IGO Anti-Boycott Act expands existing federal law to prohibit participation in boycotts fostered or imposed by international governmental organizations, not just those by foreign countries. Additionally, the bill mandates that the President submit and publish an annual report detailing all international boycotts covered by these restrictions.

The National Human Trafficking Database Act establishes a centralized, public online database to track and report human trafficking data at the county level across the United States. Through a Department of Justice grant program, state agencies will collect and submit comprehensive statistics on trafficking prosecutions, survivor services, and related criminal activity. The bill mandates strict privacy protections to ensure all survivor data remains anonymous while providing a transparent, annually updated resource to combat human trafficking.
