The Protecting Taxpayer Resources Act ensures that IRS personnel are not assigned Department of Homeland Security functions unless they are properly trained and the assignment would not negatively impact the IRS's ability to serve taxpayers or enforce tax laws. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration must make a determination before any such assignment, and this determination must be published in the Federal Register. This act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to include these protections.

The "United States Leadership in Immersive Technology Act of 2025" aims to bolster U.S. leadership in immersive technology (augmented, virtual, and mixed reality) by establishing a principal advisor and an advisory panel. The panel will assess the technology's economic impact, promote collaboration between government and the private sector, establish ethical and privacy safeguards, and ensure U.S. global leadership. Within two years, the panel will study the immersive technology industry and submit a report to Congress with findings and recommendations.

The "National Landslide Preparedness Act Reauthorization Act of 2025" reauthorizes and amends the National Landslide Preparedness Act, updating the national strategy to include risks from atmospheric river flooding and extreme precipitation events, expanding the national landslide hazards database, and including Native Hawaiian organizations in preparedness efforts. It also establishes regional partnerships for landslide expertise, expands grant programs to include Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian organizations, and increases authorized funding to $35,000,000 per year through 2030, with a focus on early warning systems. Additionally, the bill modifies and extends the authorization of appropriations for the 3D Elevation Program through 2030.

The "Apprenticeship Opportunity Act" encourages participation in apprenticeship programs by requiring states to disregard income earned during the first year of a registered apprenticeship when determining eligibility for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). States that do not comply will face a reduction in their TANF grants. This aims to make apprenticeships more accessible for individuals and families relying on TANF.

The Prevent Tariff Abuse Act amends the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to limit the President's power, preventing them from imposing import duties, tariff-rate quotas, or other quotas on goods entering the United States under the authority of that act.
