The Act mandates revisions to regulations and allows exemptions only in special circumstances like public health or national security threats.

The Traveler's Gun Rights Act amends title 18 of the United States Code to define "State of residence" for active duty military members, their spouses, and those without a physical residence. It clarifies residency for individuals with homes in multiple states and requires background checks to include a residential address or, if not applicable, the address of a private mailbox or post office box.

This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 620 East Pecan Boulevard in McAllen, Texas, as the "Agent Raul H. Gonzalez Jr. Memorial Post Office Building." It also mandates that all legal and official documents will refer to the facility by this new name.

The TREAT PTSD Act mandates the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense to provide stellate ganglion block (SGB) to veterans and members of the Armed Forces diagnosed with PTSD who elect to receive it after being fully informed of its risks and benefits. It allows the treatment to be furnished through VA or military medical facilities, or qualified healthcare providers. The "Unlocking our Domestic LNG Potential Act of 2025" aims to solidify the United States' role in the global energy market by granting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sole authority over approving or denying natural gas export and import facilities. This includes LNG terminals, streamlining the approval process. The Act does not alter the authority of other federal agencies, and it preserves the President's power to restrict imports or exports under existing laws and sanctions, particularly concerning state sponsors of terrorism. "State sponsor of terrorism" is defined by referencing specific sections of existing law.

The "Access to Pediatric Technologies Act of 2025" aims to improve access to medical devices for children by requiring the establishment of national relative value units for qualifying pediatric technologies under Medicare. This ensures that manufacturers can request these units to be established using existing payment methodologies, facilitating appropriate valuation and payment for these specialized devices. The Act does not mandate coverage of any specific technology but streamlines the process for establishing payment rates, thereby encouraging innovation and availability of pediatric medical devices.

The SPEED for BEAD Act amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to streamline broadband deployment grants. It renames the "Equity" program to "Expansion," allows funds for workforce development, and permits removal of high-cost locations from project areas. The act also prohibits certain conditions related to labor, climate change, and network management, and ensures consideration of all broadband technologies.
