The Police Officers Protecting Children Act amends title 18 of the United States Code to allow qualified and retired law enforcement officers to carry a concealed firearm in a school zone, as long as the firearm remains concealed.

The "No Vaccine Mandates in Higher Education Act" prevents federal funding from going to colleges or universities that require students or employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine. This prohibition applies to enrollment, employment, or receiving any benefit, service, or contract from the institution. The bill references the Higher Education Act of 1965 to define "institution of higher education."

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

This bill disapproves and nullifies the Department of Energy's energy conservation standards for walk-in coolers and freezers.

The "Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act" prohibits Federal Reserve Banks from offering financial products or services directly to individuals, maintaining accounts for individuals, or issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly or indirectly. It also blocks the Federal Reserve from testing, creating, or implementing a CBDC, or using it to implement monetary policy, without explicit congressional authorization. The bill clarifies that these restrictions do not apply to digital versions of the dollar that are open, permissionless, and private, like physical currency.

The "End Taxpayer Subsidies for Electric Vehicles Act" eliminates the clean vehicle tax credit by repealing section 30D of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. This change removes the tax credit for electric vehicles for vehicles put into use after the enactment of this law. The act also makes corresponding amendments to other sections of the Internal Revenue Code and title 23 of the United States Code to align with the repeal.

This bill proposes the removal of Chief Judge James E. The "No Harm Act" prohibits the use of federal funds for sex-trait altering treatments for minors, defines such treatments as female genital mutilation, and protects the right of parents to decline these treatments for their children. It also allows legal action against those who violate the act, protects healthcare providers who refuse to provide such treatments, and requires informed consent before any treatments are administered. The act defines key terms such as "sex-trait altering treatment," "sex," and "gender" to ensure clarity in its application.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act" enables individuals with valid concealed carry permits or the legal right to carry concealed firearms in their home state to do so across state lines, provided they are not federally prohibited from possessing firearms and carry a valid photo ID. This law respects private and state/local government restrictions on firearms, protects individuals from unwarranted arrest, and allows legal action for violations of these rights. It also permits concealed carry in National Parks and other federal lands open to the public and clarifies that handguns include magazines and ammunition.

The "Lowering Egg Prices Act of 2025" aims to reduce egg prices by modifying regulations for surplus broiler hatching eggs. It exempts these eggs, when sold to egg breakers, from certain holding temperature regulations, allowing them to be processed into liquid egg products. The Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, is required to revise relevant regulations to facilitate this process. This adjustment is intended to increase the supply of eggs available for processing, thereby lowering costs for consumers.

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to disallow production and investment tax credits for offshore wind facilities placed in service in the inland navigable waters or coastal waters of the United States. It defines these facilities as "disqualified offshore wind facilities," making them ineligible for certain tax benefits. These changes will be effective for energy produced and property placed in service after December 31, 2025.

The "Fair and Open Competition Act of 2025" seeks to ensure open competition and government neutrality in federal construction projects by preventing requirements for or bans against agreements with labor organizations. It prohibits discrimination based on labor affiliation, reduces construction costs, and expands job opportunities. The Act mandates revisions to regulations and allows exemptions only in special circumstances like public health or national security threats.

The Military Spouse Hiring Act amends the Internal Revenue Code to include qualified military spouses as eligible for the Work Opportunity Credit, incentivizing employers to hire them. A qualified military spouse is defined as someone certified by a local agency as married to a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. This change applies to amounts paid and individuals starting work after the Act's enactment.

The "Unlocking our Domestic LNG Potential Act of 2025" aims to solidify the United States' role in the global energy market by granting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sole authority over approving or denying natural gas export and import facilities. This includes LNG terminals, streamlining the approval process. The Act does not alter the authority of other federal agencies, and it preserves the President's power to restrict imports or exports under existing laws and sanctions, particularly concerning state sponsors of terrorism. "State sponsor of terrorism" is defined by referencing specific sections of existing law.

The "No Tax Breaks for Sanctuary Cities Act" denies tax-exempt status for bonds issued by state and local governments deemed to be sanctuary jurisdictions. A sanctuary jurisdiction is defined as one that prevents or restricts its entities or officials from sharing immigration information with other government entities or complying with Department of Homeland Security requests. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, is required to publish a list of these jurisdictions annually. This applies to taxable years ending after the enactment date for obligations issued after the enactment date.

This resolution censures Representative Al Green of Texas for disrupting the President's State of the Union address. It condemns his actions as a breach of decorum that degraded the proceedings and disrespected the House and Senate. Green is required to appear in the House for the censure pronouncement, and the Speaker must publicly read the censure resolution.

This bill expresses support for the Iranian people's desire for a democratic, secular, and nonnuclear republic, while condemning the Iranian regime's human rights abuses, support for terrorism, and attempts to develop nuclear weapons. It affirms the right of the Iranian people to self-determination and supports continued sanctions against the current regime. The bill also calls for the protection of Iranian political refugees in Albania.

This bill renames the U.S. National Poultry Research Center in Athens, Georgia, as the "Abit Massey Poultry Research Center." Any reference to the U.S. National Poultry Research Center will now refer to the Abit Massey Poultry Research Center.
