Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

The Standing Against Houthi Aggression Act mandates that the Secretary of State designate Ansarallah (the Houthis) as a foreign terrorist organization. Additionally, the bill requires the President to impose targeted sanctions on the group and its affiliates within 90 days of enactment.

The CONTAINER Act authorizes states bordering Canada or Mexico to place movable, temporary structures on federal land to assist with border security without requiring prior federal permits. States must provide 45 days' notice for initial placements, which are permitted for one year with the option for 90-day extensions if operational control of the border has not been achieved.

The Restore VA Accountability Act of 2025 streamlines the disciplinary process for Department of Veterans Affairs supervisors, management officials, and senior executives. The bill establishes a "substantial evidence" standard for removals, demotions, and suspensions while removing the requirement for performance improvement plans. The Qualified Immunity Act of 2025 codifies the doctrine of qualified immunity into federal law to protect law enforcement officers and their agencies from liability when acting reasonably. The bill establishes that officers are not liable for constitutional violations if the law was not clearly established at the time of the incident or if the specific conduct had been previously upheld by a court. Additionally, it shields law enforcement agencies and local governments from liability when their officers are found immune while acting within the scope of their employment.

It requires continuous GPS monitoring and nightly curfews for all individuals on the nondetained immigration docket. Additionally, the bill mandates the immediate removal of any individual who violates their release conditions.
