The bill establishes federal criminal penalties for adults who use minors to gain unlawful entry into the country and mandates improved information sharing between federal agencies. Additionally, it requires the Department of Homeland Security to provide increased transparency through annual reports and monthly public data on trafficking-related apprehensions.

The STOP MADURO Act of 2025 authorizes a reward of up to $100 million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Nicolás Maduro Moros. This reward is to be funded exclusively through the liquidation of assets seized from Maduro and his regime officials under U.S. sanctions.

The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025 establishes a national standard allowing individuals to carry concealed handguns across state lines, provided they are legally authorized to carry in their home state. Under this act, visitors must adhere to the host state’s operational laws regarding where and how firearms may be carried.
