The term "barrier" includes physical structures like walls, fences, or floating buoys.

This bill stops the distribution of China Daily, a Chinese Communist Party propaganda outlet, in House buildings. It prevents the Chief Administrative Officer from distributing these publications or using internal mail for their delivery, aiming to protect the House from foreign influence. The policy does not restrict private subscriptions by individuals, access through public facilities, or collection by the Library of Congress. The bill defines a CCP-controlled publication as one registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

The Dismantle DEI Act of 2025 aims to immediately rescind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates across the federal government, including shutting down related offices and banning specific ideological training for federal personnel and contractors. The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing taxes, fees, or insurance requirements on firearm or ammunition ownership and commerce. This bill terminates the Department of Education, effectively eliminating the department on December 31, 2026.

The "Safeguarding American Workers Benefits Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code to modify Social Security number (SSN) requirements for the Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit. The "Prohibiting Abortion Industry's Lucrative Loopholes Act" amends the Public Health Service Act to broaden the definition of "valuable consideration" concerning the sale or transfer of human fetal tissue. This bill expands the definition of prohibited compensation to include various forms of payment, debt forgiveness, gifts, reduced costs, and reimbursements related to the handling and transfer of fetal tissue. The goal of the act is to prevent any potential financial incentives related to abortion and fetal tissue transfer.

The "Teleabortion Prevention Act of 2025" prohibits healthcare providers from performing chemical abortions without being physically present to examine the patient, administer the medication, and schedule a follow-up visit. Violators may face fines and imprisonment, but the patient cannot be prosecuted. An exception is included if the abortion is necessary to save the mother's life.

The "No Abortion Coverage for Medicaid Act" seeks to codify the Hyde Amendment by ensuring that federal Medicaid funds are not used for abortions or health coverage that includes abortion services. This includes prohibiting the use of federal funds for travel or lodging related to obtaining an abortion. Exceptions are made only in cases of rape, incest, to save the mother's life, or for the treatment of a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

The Federal Insurance Office Elimination Act eliminates the Federal Insurance Office and the position of its Director within the Department of the Treasury.
