The Achieving Choice in Education (ACE) Act expands the utility of 529 education savings accounts by allowing tax-free withdrawals for a wider range of K-12 and homeschool expenses while doubling the annual distribution limit to $20,000. Additionally, the bill incentivizes the adoption of state-level school choice programs by conditioning the federal tax-exempt status of state and local government bonds on meeting specific school choice participation and funding thresholds.

The Life at Conception Act declares that the constitutional right to life begins at the moment of fertilization, defining all human beings as persons from that point forward. The bill establishes legal personhood for every member of the species *homo sapiens* at all stages of development. Additionally, it explicitly prohibits the prosecution of any woman for the death of her unborn child.

The "Repeal the NFA Act" proposes the complete elimination of the National Firearms Act (NFA). This legislation would remove federal taxes, registration requirements, and transfer restrictions currently imposed on items such as machine guns, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and silencers.

Navarro, and withdraws the contempt of Congress recommendations against them. It deems the January 6th Select Committee illegitimate and its findings biased due to its partisan composition. The Speaker of the House is required to notify the Department of Justice that these subpoenas are rescinded and void.
