The National Education Association Charter Repeal Act aims to revoke the federal charter granted to the National Education Association (NEA). This legislation specifically repeals the section of U.S. Code that provides the NEA with its official federal recognition status. In essence, the bill removes the legal standing previously conferred upon the NEA by Congress.

This bill, titled the Epstein Files Transparency Act, mandates the Attorney General to release nearly all unclassified Department of Justice records related to Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days of enactment. The Jeremy and Angel Seay and Sergeant Brandon Mendoza Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act of 2025 amends immigration law to address driving while intoxicated or impaired (DWI/DUI) offenses. This legislation establishes that a conviction for, or admission to the underlying acts of, a DWI/DUI offense makes a non-citizen inadmissible to the United States or deportable if already present. This applies regardless of whether the offense is classified as a misdemeanor or felony under local law.

The OCED Elimination Act officially abolishes the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) within the Department of Energy. This legislation also repeals Section 41201 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, eliminating associated programs and requirements. The Ending Medicaid Discrimination Against the Most Vulnerable Act modifies the enhanced federal funding structure for Medicaid coverage provided to low-income adults. This bill establishes a gradual phase-out of the enhanced Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) between 2027 and 2034, with the extra funding ending entirely in 2035. Furthermore, the legislation alters the incentives for states that have not yet expanded Medicaid coverage, potentially limiting future enhanced funding for those states if they expand after 2024.

The American Privacy Restoration Act is a straightforward bill designed to completely repeal the USA PATRIOT Act. This action will erase all amendments made by the PATRIOT Act, reverting relevant sections of law to their original text as it existed before October 26, 2001. In essence, this legislation seeks to undo the legal changes enacted by the PATRIOT Act.

The Protecting the Mailing of Firearms Act repeals the federal ban on mailing certain concealable firearms. This bill permanently extends the existing exemption allowing qualified school bus drivers to skip the engine compartment portion of the commercial driver's license (CDL) skills test. It mandates the Secretary of Transportation to maintain this specific "under-the-hood" inspection waiver indefinitely. The law does not override private property restrictions or prohibitions on government property, but it provides protections and legal recourse for those traveling in compliance with the new federal standard.

This bill constitutes the Articles of Impeachment filed by the House of Representatives against Chief Judge John James McConnell Jr. of the U.S. District Court for Rhode Island.
