This bill recognizes Jewish American Heritage Month and the significant contributions of Jewish Americans to various fields. It addresses the alarming rise of antisemitism, especially since October 7, 2023, and urges elected officials, faith leaders, and civil society to actively counter antisemitism. The bill also calls for educating the public about Jewish-American achievements and ensuring the safety and dignity of Jewish Americans in all areas of life.

The Fallen Servicemembers Religious Heritage Restoration Act aims to rectify past errors by establishing a program to identify and properly mark the graves of deceased Jewish members of the Armed Forces buried in military cemeteries outside the U.S. with markers that do not reflect their religion. The American Battle Monuments Commission will manage the program, contracting with a nonprofit organization to identify the servicemembers and contact their families. The program is authorized to receive $500,000 per year for 10 fiscal years.

Sammy's Law aims to protect children on large social media platforms by requiring these platforms to provide secure access to registered third-party safety software, enabling parents and guardians to monitor and manage their child's online activity. It establishes guidelines for data privacy, security, and usage, ensuring that the software is used solely to protect children from harm. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is responsible for overseeing compliance, issuing guidance, and enforcing the law, creating a national standard while preventing states from enacting conflicting legislation. This law empowers parents with tools to safeguard their children from online threats like cyberbullying, human trafficking, and exposure to harmful content.

The "BIRD Energy and US-Israel Energy Center Reauthorization Act of 2025" expands and reauthorizes energy cooperation between the U.S. and Israel through 2035. It increases funding for cooperative research and the Energy Center, and broadens the scope of cooperation to include areas like hydrogen, fusion energy, and cybersecurity. This aims to foster innovation, enhance energy security, and promote economic benefits for both nations.

The PROTECT Our Children Reauthorization Act of 2025 reauthorizes and amends the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008, enhancing efforts to combat child exploitation and internet crimes against children. It updates the National Strategy for Child Exploitation Prevention, expands the ICAC Task Force Program to include Tribal and military entities, and prioritizes investigations likely to rescue children. The act authorizes increased appropriations over the next three fiscal years and mandates that a significant portion of funds support the ICAC Task Force Program through grants. Additionally, it encourages digital forensic examinations, effective prosecutions, and the establishment of a National Internet Crimes Against Children Data System.

The REVOCAR Act of 2025 prohibits U.S. individuals and entities from investing or operating in Venezuela's energy sector until the Maduro regime respects the results of the July 28, 2024, election. The President can waive these prohibitions for national security reasons, subject to Congressional reporting requirements. The prohibitions will end when Maduro recognizes the opposition's victory or by December 31, 2027.
