The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. It clarifies that premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage. The Act also revises notice requirements for health plans, mandating clear disclosure of abortion coverage and any associated premium surcharges to enrollees. Exceptions to the funding restrictions are included for cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The "Defending American Jobs and Investment Act" combats unfair foreign taxes by requiring reports on countries with extraterritorial or discriminatory taxes, mandating engagement with those countries to address these issues, and authorizing remedial actions such as increased tax rates and procurement prohibitions. The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The CONTAINER Act aims to enhance border security by enabling border states to place temporary, movable structures on federal land along the U.S. border. States must notify the relevant Secretary 45 days in advance of placement. These structures can be maintained for up to a year, with possible extensions if border control is not yet achieved.

The "Qualified Immunity Act of 2025" codifies qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, protecting them from liability unless the violated right was clearly established, or no reasonable officer would have known their conduct was unlawful. It also protects employing agencies and local governments from liability if the officer acted within their employment scope. This act aims to balance accountability with the need to protect officers from harassment and liability when performing duties reasonably. The changes will take effect 180 days after enactment.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to modernize Medicare coverage for chiropractic services. It expands coverage to include all services provided by licensed Doctors of Chiropractic, not just manual spinal manipulation. Doctors of Chiropractic are required to attend an educational webinar to be eligible for Medicare reimbursement. The "Make the Migrant Protection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025" makes it mandatory for the Department of Homeland Security to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, which require certain migrants to remain in a foreign country while awaiting immigration proceedings in the U.S. This is achieved by changing the language in the Immigration and Nationality Act from permissive to mandatory regarding the implementation of these protocols.

The Offshore Lands Authorities Act of 2025 nullifies previous presidential actions that withdrew unleased offshore lands from mineral leasing and limits the president's authority to withdraw such lands in the future. It sets acreage and time limits on withdrawals, mandates resource assessments and congressional notification, and establishes a process for Congress to disapprove withdrawals. The Act prioritizes resource assessments of withdrawn lands, emphasizing economic, energy, and national security value, and ensures withdrawals do not conflict with scheduled lease sales.

The "Federal Agency Sunset Commission Act of 2025" establishes a commission to review the efficiency and public need for federal agencies, potentially leading to their abolishment unless Congress reauthorizes them. The commission will submit recommendations to Congress, which will then vote on whether to abolish, reorganize, or continue each agency. This act aims to increase government accountability and efficiency by regularly evaluating the necessity and performance of federal agencies. The bill also creates a program inventory to help with the review process.

The "Permanent Tax Cuts for American Families Act of 2025" makes permanent the increased standard deductions, raising them to $18,000 for single filers and $12,000 for married filers. The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. This legislation preempts certain state and local taxes and registration requirements related to silencers involved in interstate commerce. Furthermore, the bill mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer registration records and updates federal marking requirements for manufacturers.
