The "Secure Rural Schools Reauthorization Act of 2025" extends the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000, providing continued financial support to states and counties with federal lands through 2026. It extends secure payments, distribution of payments, and the authority for special projects on federal land. Additionally, it extends the Resource Advisory Committee pilot program and makes several technical corrections to the original Act.

The "Marriage Equality for Disabled Adults Act" removes the marriage penalty for adult children with disabilities receiving Social Security benefits based on their parent's work record, ensuring equal treatment in marital relationship determinations across different titles of the Social Security Act. The Black History Matters Act directs the Director of the National Museum of African American History and Culture to study Black history education in public schools. The study will identify which states require Black history education, assess the quality of education, instructional materials, and analyze how schools assess students' knowledge. A report will then be submitted to Congress detailing the findings of the study.

The "More Homes on the Market Act" increases the tax exclusion for profit from the sale of a primary residence, raising it to $500,000 for single filers and $1,000,000 for married couples filing jointly. These amounts will be adjusted for inflation starting in 2025. This change encourages homeowners to sell their properties, thereby increasing the availability of homes on the market.

The "Office of Gun Violence Prevention Act of 2025" establishes an Office of Gun Violence Prevention within the Department of Justice, led by a Director appointed by the Attorney General, to coordinate gun violence prevention efforts, evaluate related laws and programs, and recommend evidence-based policies to Congress and the President. The Director will also convene an advisory council comprising various officials and at least 12 additional individuals representing gun violence survivors, community violence intervention service providers, and other relevant groups. The Office will also assist communities affected by gun violence with crisis response activities, such as providing access to mental health services and suicide prevention resources. The "All Access Act of 2025" ensures Members of Congress can access any public building during regular hours by showing their official ID. Access outside of normal business hours requires a 12-hour advance notice to the building head. This act defines "Member of Congress" as a Representative or Senator.

The Polluters Pay Climate Fund Act of 2025 taxes fossil fuel companies based on their historic carbon emissions to create a fund for climate resilience, adaptation, disaster response, and environmental justice initiatives. It establishes a Haitian American Enterprise Fund to support Haitian businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on key sectors like agriculture, energy, and tourism. The fund will be managed by the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and overseen by a panel of experts, with the goal of fostering job creation, reducing irregular migration, and improving overall stability in Haiti. The act authorizes $1 billion in appropriations annually from 2026 to 2031 to carry out these objectives.

The "Truth in Tuition Act of 2025" mandates that colleges provide students with clear information about tuition costs, either through a multi-year tuition schedule or a single-year schedule accompanied by a multi-year cost estimate. Colleges opting for single-year schedules must also disclose the historical accuracy of their estimates. The Secretary of Education has the authority to waive these requirements under specific circumstances. This act aims to provide students with greater transparency and predictability regarding the cost of their education.

The "Protect Our Letter Carriers Act of 2025" aims to protect postal workers by allocating funds for high-security collection boxes and electronic mailbox keys. It also mandates the appointment of dedicated attorneys to prosecute crimes against postal employees and directs the Sentencing Commission to increase penalties for assaulting or robbing them.
