The Ellie Helton, Lisa Colagrossi, Kristen Shafer Englert, Teresa Anne Lawrence, and Jennifer Sedney Focused Research Act, or "Ellies Law," addresses the significant public health threat posed by brain aneurysms. This legislation authorizes $10 million annually from fiscal years 2026 through 2030 specifically for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).
