The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospital transport and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to destroy firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for submission of these records in the future. The ATF Director must then submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" (SAVE Act) aims to ensure that only U.S. citizens register to vote in federal elections by requiring documentary proof of citizenship during voter registration. These adjustments involve removing and revising references to specific sections related to the Corporate Transparency Act within existing legal frameworks.

The "Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act" suspends U.S. funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) until any pandemic-related treaty is ratified by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. It restricts U.S. participation in international agreements under the WHO Constitution for pandemic response unless approved as a treaty by the Senate. The Act prohibits U.S. funds from being used for the WHO from the date any such agreement goes into effect until Senate approval.

The Separation of Powers Restoration Act of 2025, or SOPRA, enhances judicial review of agency actions. It empowers courts to independently interpret laws and regulations, ensuring a check on agency interpretations. This applies broadly to judicial reviews unless explicitly exempted by law.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.

The Sunshine Protection Act of 2025 would make daylight saving time permanent across the United States, effectively eliminating the need to change clocks twice a year. States that previously opted out of daylight saving time would have the option to choose between the new, permanent daylight saving time or the previous standard time.
