The goal of the act is to evaluate and address the national security risks associated with terrorist groups using these applications, while also ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, and civil rights protections.

The "Protecting American Energy Production Act" affirms that states have primary regulatory authority over hydraulic fracturing on state and private lands. It prohibits the President from enacting a moratorium on hydraulic fracturing unless explicitly authorized by Congress.

The "Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness Act" aims to protect amateur radio operators' ability to install and use antennas on their property, despite private land use restrictions that may otherwise prohibit or impair such installations. It allows for reasonable restrictions based on safety and aesthetics, while limiting prior approval requirements and offering legal recourse for violations. The Act seeks to balance community interests with the need for effective emergency communication capabilities provided by amateur radio operators. The FCC is required to issue regulations to implement the act within 180 days of enactment.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to prohibit non-citizens from voting in any federal, state, tribal, or local election in the United States. It grants Congress the authority to enforce this amendment. For the amendment to be valid, it must be ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures within seven years of its submission.

The "Protecting Americans Right To Silence Act of 2025" or the "PARTS Act of 2025" amends the definition of "firearm silencer" and "firearm muffler" under federal law. The updated definition includes any device designed to silence or muffle a portable firearm, whether attached directly or through other devices. It also includes the primary housing or structure for sound-reduction components of such devices.

The RACE Act sets deadlines for states to count ballots by 10 p.m. on election day and certify election results within 48 hours after election day for Federal offices, unless there is a legitimate emergency or technical difficulty. This act aims to ensure timely election results.

The Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act aims to remove the tax on natural gas by repealing section 136 of the Clean Air Act. Additionally, it rescinds any unspent funds previously allocated under this section.
