The "Protecting American Energy Production Act" affirms that states have primary regulatory authority over hydraulic fracturing on state and private lands. It prohibits the President from enacting a moratorium on hydraulic fracturing unless explicitly authorized by Congress.

The "Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness Act" aims to protect amateur radio operators' ability to install and use antennas on their property, despite private land use restrictions that may otherwise prohibit or impair such installations. It allows for reasonable restrictions based on safety and aesthetics, while limiting prior approval requirements and offering legal recourse for violations. The "No Foreign Persons Administering Our Elections Act" prohibits states and local jurisdictions from hiring non-U.S. citizens to administer any Federal election. This law applies to all Federal elections held after the enactment of the law.

The "Protecting Americans Right To Silence Act of 2025" or the "PARTS Act of 2025" amends the definition of "firearm silencer" and "firearm muffler" under federal law. The updated definition includes any device designed to silence or muffle a portable firearm, whether attached directly or through other devices. It also includes the primary housing or structure for sound-reduction components of such devices.

The RACE Act sets deadlines for states to count ballots by 10 p.m. on election day and certify election results within 48 hours after election day for Federal offices, unless there is a legitimate emergency or technical difficulty. This act aims to ensure timely election results.

The Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act aims to remove the tax on natural gas by repealing section 136 of the Clean Air Act. Additionally, it rescinds any unspent funds previously allocated under this section.
