The "End the Deep State Act" aims to increase executive branch accountability by reclassifying certain federal positions involved in policy-making and confidential work into a new "Schedule PolicyCareer" category. This legislation removes standard civil service protections for these roles, allowing for greater presidential control over the federal workforce. Additionally, the bill mandates regular agency reviews to identify positions for this new classification and requires employees in these roles to faithfully implement administration policies.

This proposed constitutional amendment limits the number of times a person can be elected President to a maximum of three terms. It also specifies that someone who has served more than two years of another President's term can only be elected twice. The amendment requires ratification by three-fourths of the states within seven years.

The Ending Chemical Abortions Act of 2025 seeks to prohibit the prescription, distribution, and sale of drugs intended to cause an abortion. The bill establishes federal criminal penalties for violations, while providing specific exceptions for contraception, the treatment of miscarriages, and medical emergencies that threaten the life of the mother. The Declaration of Energy Independence Act amends the Mineral Leasing Act to reduce costs and streamline processes for onshore oil and gas development. Key provisions include lowering royalty rates, minimum bids, and annual rental fees, while eliminating expression of interest fees. The bill also establishes new frameworks for noncompetitive leasing and provides pathways for reinstating certain abandoned oil and gas claims.

The HONDURAS Act authorizes the President to suspend all U.S. assistance to Honduras if the Honduran government refuses to continue hosting U.S. military and civilian personnel at Soto Cano Air Base. This legislation provides the executive branch with the authority to terminate aid agreements, regardless of existing mandates, should the host nation jeopardize the security presence at the facility.

The "Make Greenland Great Again Act" authorizes the President to initiate negotiations with the Kingdom of Denmark to acquire Greenland for the United States. The bill establishes a formal process for congressional review, requiring any resulting acquisition agreement to be submitted to specific committees for a 60-day approval period.

This resolution states the House of Representatives should not adjourn until all annual funding bills under the jurisdiction of the Appropriations Committee are enacted for the current fiscal year. In effect, the House is declaring its intent to complete its essential budget work before taking a break.

The "Inflation Reduction Act of 2025" repeals the "Inflation Reduction Act of 2022." It also rescinds any unspent funds that were made available by the previous law.

The "SEND THEM BACK Act of 2025" mandates the immediate deportation of any non-citizen who entered the U.S. illegally after January 20, 2021, without consideration for asylum claims or fear of persecution. This expedited removal process does not apply to individuals serving in the U.S. Armed Forces as of January 1, 2025.
