The PRICE Act, or Protect and Respect ICE Act, significantly increases penalties for anyone who assaults, resists, or impedes an officer or employee of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This legislation effectively doubles the maximum prison time and corresponding fines for such offenses against ICE personnel.

The Myakka Wild and Scenic River Act of 2025 officially designates approximately 34 miles of the Myakka River in Sarasota County, Florida, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. This designation recognizes the river's outstanding natural values and existing local commitment to its protection. The Secretary of the Interior will coordinate management with the existing Myakka River Management Coordinating Council, utilizing the Council's comprehensive plan. The legislation aims to encourage the provision of portable benefits to the independent workforce.

The Equal Representation Act mandates the inclusion of a citizenship question on the decennial census starting in 2030. It requires the public release of state-by-state citizenship data following the count. Crucially, this act stipulates that non-citizens will be excluded from the population totals used to determine congressional apportionment and electoral votes.

The STOP CSAM Act of 2025 significantly overhauls federal protections for child victims and witnesses in court proceedings by expanding definitions of abuse and strengthening rules around protecting personal information. It mandates stricter reporting requirements for online service providers regarding child sexual exploitation material and imposes substantial penalties for non-compliance. Furthermore, the Act expands civil remedies, allowing victims to sue online platforms directly for damages related to hosting or promoting such content. Finally, it facilitates the payment of restitution to vulnerable victims by allowing for the appointment of trustees to manage those funds.

This bill, the "No Community Development Block Grants for Sanctuary Cities Act," would prohibit federal Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) from being awarded to jurisdictions defined as "sanctuary cities." A sanctuary jurisdiction is defined as any area that limits cooperation with federal immigration enforcement regarding sharing citizenship status or honoring detainer requests. The Protecting Law Enforcement from Doxxing Act makes it illegal to publicly release the name of a federal law enforcement officer involved in an investigation or immigration enforcement with the intent to obstruct that official action. This new provision adds specific protections for federal agents actively engaged in criminal or immigration enforcement duties. Violators of this law face federal fines and potential imprisonment of up to five years.
