The CLOUD Aircraft Act mandates the Department of Defense (DoD) to conduct a comprehensive study on the feasibility and cost of equipping all military fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft with advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground collision detection systems. This study, conducted in coordination with the FAA, must specifically address aircraft operating frequently in busy domestic airspace. The Secretary of Defense is required to report the findings and recommendations to Congress within 180 days of the Act's enactment.

The "No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act of 2025" amends naturalization requirements to explicitly bar any individual who entered the United States unlawfully from becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen. This new restriction overrides any other provision of immigration law that might otherwise allow for naturalization. In short, unlawful entry permanently disqualifies a person from becoming a citizen.

The PARENT Act of 2025 seeks to amend the definition of birthright citizenship under U.S. law. This legislation specifies that a child born in the U.S. is only automatically granted citizenship if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident at the time of birth. These changes would only apply to individuals born after the Act is officially enacted.

The Department of Government Efficiency Act, or DOGE Act, codifies Executive Order 14210 into permanent law. This action elevates the directives and rules established in the Executive Order to the full authority of a statute passed by Congress. Essentially, the provisions of the order are now legally binding requirements.

The Reinforcing Sanctions on Iranian Terrorists Act requires the President to determine whether to apply sanctions to the Iran Airports Company, which facilitates Mahan Air's operations, due to Mahan Air's support for terrorist activities and the Iranian government's destabilizing actions. This determination must be submitted to Congress within 90 days of the Act's enactment. The Act reinforces existing sanctions against Mahan Air, which has been identified as supporting the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Qods Force.

This bill authorizes the Department of State to protect its facilities and assets from drone threats by detecting, tracking, disrupting, and, if necessary, destroying drones. It mandates coordination with agencies like the FAA and FCC, requires adherence to constitutional protections, and includes congressional oversight through regular briefings and funding reports. The authorization terminates after seven years.

The "Embassy Construction Integrity Act of 2025" restricts the State Department from acquiring or leasing buildings for diplomatic posts abroad if a Chinese government-controlled entity was involved in its construction or has an ownership stake. It also restricts agreements with these entities for construction work on such buildings. The Secretary of State must notify Congress of any exceptions made in the interest of national security, along with justifications and risk mitigation plans.

The "Preventing SBA Assistance from Going to China Act" amends the Small Business Act to prevent businesses with significant ties to the People's Republic of China from being classified as a small business. A business is ineligible if it is based or incorporated in China, or if more than 25% of its voting stock is owned by Chinese citizens or entities. This ensures that SBA assistance is not directed towards businesses affiliated with the Chinese government.

The "DEI to DIE Act" mandates the termination of all diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, offices, and initiatives across the Federal Government. The legislation requires federal agencies to eliminate these practices and refocus employment and operational standards on individual merit and equal dignity. Additionally, the Act establishes oversight requirements to ensure federal resources are no longer utilized for DEI-related activities, grants, or contracts.

This bill amends House rules to allow staffers who are members of the armed forces and already hold a security clearance from the Department of Defense to be exempt from the limit on the number of employees in a Member's office who can have security clearances. This exemption applies to staffers working for members of specific House committees and subcommittees related to defense, homeland security, foreign affairs, and intelligence. The employee's security clearance level cannot be higher than their existing Department of Defense clearance or the highest level the office can sponsor.
