The CONTAINER Act allows border states to place temporary, movable structures on federal land for border security purposes without needing a special use authorization. States must provide 45 days' notice to the relevant federal agency, with placements initially permitted for up to one year. Extensions may be granted in 90-day increments if U.S. Customs and Border Protection determines that operational control of the border has not yet been achieved.

The United States-Taiwan Expedited Double-Tax Relief Act aims to reduce double taxation and encourage economic activity between the U.S. and Taiwan by lowering tax rates on certain income for Taiwanese residents and businesses in the U.S., contingent upon Taiwan offering reciprocal benefits to U.S. individuals and companies. Additionally, the United States-Taiwan Tax Agreement Authorization Act outlines the process for establishing a tax agreement with Taiwan, ensuring congressional oversight and adherence to existing U.S. tax laws, to further reduce double taxation.

The FORCE Act prohibits the President and the Secretary of State from removing Cuba from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list. This restriction remains in effect until the administration certifies that Cuba has met the specific democratic and human rights requirements outlined in the LIBERTAD Act of 1996.

The PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Program Act establishes a $25 million grant program within the Department of Veterans Affairs to fund peer-to-peer mental health support for veterans. This initiative provides grants to eligible organizations to hire veteran peer specialists, offer 24/7 nonclinical support, and ensure veteran privacy by prohibiting the collection of personally identifying information.

The FAIR PREP Act of 2025 prohibits the IRS from developing or operating its own electronic tax preparation and filing services. The bill restricts the Treasury Secretary from preparing tax returns or refund claims, while explicitly protecting existing programs like IRS Free File and volunteer tax assistance services. Mel’s Law requires colleges and universities that participate in federal student aid programs to establish formal policies for awarding posthumous degrees to students who were in good academic standing at the time of their death. The bill also ensures that accrediting agencies cannot penalize or factor these awards into an institution's accreditation standards.

The Veterans Foreign Medical Coverage Equality and Modernization Act of 2025 mandates that the VA provide hospital care and medical services to veterans with permanent and total service-connected disabilities residing outside the United States. The bill also modernizes the reimbursement process by requiring direct deposit options and new mobile application features for document tracking and submission. The bill encourages all Americans to learn more about Tamil American heritage.

The Thin Blue Line Act amends federal law to designate the killing or attempted killing of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or first responder as an aggravating factor in capital sentencing. This legislation ensures that when a jury considers the death penalty, they must take into account whether the victim was targeted due to their status as a public servant or while performing their official duties.

The REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025 mandates that the Secretary of Homeland Security reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP). This legislation requires that asylum seekers be returned to Mexico to await their U.S. immigration proceedings, effectively codifying the 2019 policy guidance into law.

This bill seeks to expunge the December 18, 2019, impeachment of President Donald J. Trump. It argues the impeachment was based on unsubstantiated claims and lacked the constitutional basis of high crimes and misdemeanors. The bill aims to remove the impeachment record as if it never occurred.

The MAPLE Act expands the Seniors Farmers Market Nutrition Program to include maple syrup as an eligible food item. This legislation allows low-income seniors to use their program benefits to purchase locally produced maple syrup alongside fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

This bill seeks to expunge the January 13, 2021, impeachment of President Donald J. Trump, effectively removing it from the historical record. The bill asserts that the impeachment should be expunged to ensure Trump is not barred from holding future office.

The Justice for 9/11 Act ensures that Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi remain subject to prosecution for the September 11 attacks, regardless of any existing plea agreements. The bill preserves the availability of the death penalty for these individuals and mandates strict confinement conditions at Guantanamo Bay, including solitary confinement and a prohibition on transfer to the U.S. mainland.

The Laken Riley Act mandates the detention of undocumented immigrants who are charged with or convicted of theft-related offenses. Additionally, the bill empowers state attorneys general to sue federal officials for failures in enforcing immigration detention, removal, and parole laws.

The Federal Employee Return to Work Act mandates that federal employees who telework at least one day per week are ineligible for annual pay adjustments. Additionally, the bill requires that these employees be compensated based on the "Rest of U.S." locality pay scale, regardless of their actual work location. Certain groups, including employees with disabilities and law enforcement officers, are exempt from these provisions.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to be valid.

The SERVE Our Communities Act establishes a grant program providing $10 million annually to state and local governments that prioritize public safety and recidivism reduction. To qualify, jurisdictions must allow courts to consider community danger when setting bail and demonstrate active efforts to prevent repeat violent offenses. Grant funds are designated to support reentry services, such as job training and substance abuse treatment, to help individuals successfully transition back into society.
