The Freedom from Unfair Gun Taxes Act of 2025 prohibits state and local governments from imposing excise taxes on the sale of firearms, ammunition, or firearm parts. The Act explicitly preserves existing federal laws, such as the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act.

This bill recognizes and honors the patriotism and significant contributions of veteran service organizations, advocacy groups, and volunteers who support members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their families. It commends these groups for their service and encourages public awareness and emulation of their volunteerism.

The JUDGES Act of 2025 aims to address the increasing caseloads in district courts by creating new judgeships in multiple states over the next decade, as well as a temporary judgeship in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. It also authorizes appropriations to support these new positions and adjusts the organization of district courts in Texas and California. Additionally, the Act mandates Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports to evaluate workload measures, judicial activities, and the effectiveness of policies regarding senior judges, as well as the needs and efforts to acquire federal detention space. Finally, the Act ensures public accessibility to the Judicial Conference's recommendations for Article III judgeships by requiring the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to publish these reports on its website.

This bill codifies Executive Order 14158, officially establishing the President's Department of Government Efficiency into law.

The Houthi Human Rights Accountability Act aims to counter the Houthis' extremist indoctrination and regional destabilization efforts by requiring comprehensive reports on their abuses and interference with humanitarian aid. The bill mandates annual reviews to determine if Houthi members are eligible for sanctions under existing U.S. laws for human rights violations or hostage-taking. This legislation will remain in effect for five years unless extended by Congress.

This bill authorizes the President to award the Medal of Honor to Navy Lieutenant E. Royce Williams for his extraordinary heroism during the Korean War on November 18, 1952. During this event, Lieutenant Williams shot down four Soviet MiG-15s while sustaining heavy damage to his own aircraft. The "No Censors on Our Shores Act" amends immigration law to prevent foreign government officials who censor the free speech of U.S. citizens within the U.S. from entering or remaining in the country. This bill ensures that individuals who suppress the rights of American citizens are held accountable and are not welcome in the United States.

The Litigation Transparency Act of 2025 requires parties in civil actions to disclose the identity of any third party entitled to payment contingent on the outcome of the case, along with the relevant agreements. This disclosure aims to increase transparency in civil litigation by revealing who financially benefits from the lawsuit's outcome. Certain payments, such as loan repayments and attorney's fees, are exempt from this disclosure requirement. The Act applies to both ongoing and future court cases.

The American Music Fairness Act of 2025 updates copyright law to include terrestrial broadcasts and internet services for audio transmissions, ensuring that artists are compensated for their work when played on these platforms. It establishes specific royalty fees for small broadcasters and ensures that the promotional value that broadcasters provide to artists is considered when setting royalty rates. The Act also protects songwriters and music copyright owners by ensuring the law does not negatively impact their public performance rights or royalties. A portion of royalties from direct licenses will be paid to a collective for distribution to artists, copyright owners, and record labels.

The "Stop Sexually Violent Predators Act" mandates states to report individuals convicted of sexually dangerous offenses to the Attorney General annually, who will then determine if federal prosecution is warranted. It restricts federal healthcare funding for sexually dangerous individuals unless they are receiving involuntary inpatient treatment. The act also expands Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) reporting requirements to include information about any relevant court case.

Alexandra's Law Act of 2025 amends the Controlled Substances Act to allow individuals to face homicide charges for drug-related offenses involving fentanyl or fentanyl analogues that result in death. Courts must advise those convicted of fentanyl-related offenses about the dangers of fentanyl and counterfeit pills. Previous convictions for similar offenses can be used as evidence of knowledge in subsequent cases, but these provisions do not apply to minors.

The "No Track No Tax Act of 2025" prohibits the use of federal funds for any activities related to implementing a mileage tax. This includes studying, proposing, establishing, or enforcing such a tax at any level of government. It also specifically bans federal funding for mileage tracking programs.

The "Green Tape Elimination Act of 2025" exempts hazardous fuel reduction activities on federal lands from certain environmental regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act and the Endangered Species Act, for a 10-year period. This exemption aims to expedite efforts to reduce hazardous fuels and mitigate wildfire risks by streamlining environmental reviews and compliance processes. The bill also excludes air quality data from these activities when determining violations of air quality standards. "Hazardous fuel reduction activity" includes prescribed fires, wildland fire use, and mechanical methods.
