The Save Our Bacon Act establishes a federal right for producers to move and sell products derived from covered livestock across state lines, ensuring a single national market. This legislation prevents individual states from imposing unique production standards on livestock or products raised outside their borders. Essentially, it standardizes regulations to ensure free interstate commerce for meat and dairy products, excluding those primarily derived from egg-laying animals.

The Flood Resiliency and Land Stewardship Act revises the goals of the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP). This legislation mandates that RCPP projects focus on comprehensive regional resource management rather than individual farm concerns. Key priorities now include enhancing flood and drought resiliency, protecting soil and water resources, and conserving wildlife across entire watersheds.

The RNs for Rural Health Act of 2025 aims to improve preventative care access in rural areas by updating Medicare payment rules for Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). This legislation allows RHCs to bill Medicare for "personalized prevention plan services" delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). This ensures RN-led preventative care is adequately covered and reimbursed under the Medicare program.

The Flexibility for Workers Education Act amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to clarify when employer-sponsored training or educational activities do not count as compensable work time for overtime purposes. Employers can exclude time spent in such activities if attendance is voluntary, occurs outside of regular hours, and no productive work is performed. This change provides greater flexibility in structuring employee development programs without triggering overtime obligations.

The Protecting American Taxpayers from Wasteful Spending Act aims to safeguard federal funds by permanently codifying Executive Order 14249 into law. This action establishes mandatory requirements across government agencies to actively combat fraud, waste, and abuse in the use of taxpayer money. Ultimately, the bill seeks to ensure greater accountability and protection for America's bank accounts.

The Repealing Illegal Freedom and Liberty Excises Act (RIFLE Act) eliminates the existing federal tax on firearm transfers. This legislation strikes the relevant section from the Internal Revenue Code and makes necessary technical updates to related statutes. Importantly, this Act does not grant the Consumer Product Safety Commission any new authority over regulated firearms.

The Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act of 2025 mandates the President to impose immediate sanctions, including asset freezes and visa bans, on specific Chinese police departments, their senior leaders, and individuals involved in establishing illegal Chinese police presences in the U.S. These sanctions also extend to the immediate family members of sanctioned aliens. The bill aims to block financial transactions and entry into the U.S. for those connected to the targeted PRC law enforcement bodies.

The Securing American Agriculture Act mandates an annual report from the Secretary of Agriculture detailing U.S. reliance on China for critical farming supplies like fertilizers, seeds, and veterinary drugs. This study must assess domestic production capabilities and identify supply chain vulnerabilities that China could exploit. The goal is to provide Congress with actionable recommendations for reducing dependency through onshore or nearshore production.

The "Protecting American Industry and Labor from International Trade Crimes Act of 2025" aims to combat trade-related crimes by establishing a specialized task force within the Department of Justice, enhancing the investigation and prosecution of illegal activities related to imports and exports. It mandates the Attorney General to develop partnerships, provide training, and submit annual reports to Congress on the progress and financial needs in addressing these crimes. The act allocates \$20 million for fiscal year 2026 to support these efforts, with a focus on bolstering the Criminal Division's capacity to prosecute trade-related offenses.

The "Strategic Withdrawal of Agencies for Meaningful Placement Act" or "SWAMP Act" aims to relocate Executive agency headquarters outside of the Washington metropolitan area through a competitive bidding process that considers economic, workforce, and national security impacts. It prohibits new construction or lease renewals for headquarters remaining in the Washington metropolitan area and allows the use of proceeds from the sale of federal properties to offset relocation costs. The Act stipulates that no additional funds will be allocated for these activities.
