The Supporting Energy and Economic Development (SEED) Act primarily extends key tax incentives for biodiesel and renewable diesel through 2029. It also introduces new provisions to prevent taxpayers from claiming multiple overlapping benefits for the same fuel, ensuring credits are not double-counted.

The Homegrown Fertilizer Act establishes a program within the USDA to provide grants and loans to eligible entities for expanding domestic fertilizer and nutrient alternative manufacturing, processing, and storage. Priority is given to projects that improve production methods, increase capacity for U.S. agriculture, and enhance market competition. Recipients must comply with regulations and repay funds if the facility is sold to a major market share holder within ten years of completion.

The Small LENDER Act amends the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to ease the burden of new small business lending data collection rules. It provides financial institutions with a three-year compliance period, followed by a two-year safe harbor from penalties. The act defines "financial institution" as one originating at least 500 small business credit transactions in each of the previous two years, and "small business" as one with $1,000,000 or less in gross annual revenue.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

This bill aims to improve child care reliability for military families by expanding the pool of eligible providers and streamlining hiring processes. It establishes a preclearance system for background checks and authorizes job-sharing arrangements to increase staffing flexibility. Furthermore, the legislation mandates the creation of a comprehensive data system to monitor child care capacity, workforce readiness, and waitlists across the Department of Defense.

The Drug Origin Transparency Act of 2026 aims to increase the visibility of pharmaceutical supply chains. This bill mandates that drug manufacturers provide the FDA with more detailed and frequent reports regarding the suppliers of active pharmaceutical ingredients and production amounts. Furthermore, it requires that drug labels clearly list the original manufacturer and key supply chain partners for both finished drugs and active pharmaceutical ingredients.

The Tech to Save Moms Act establishes grant programs to improve maternal health outcomes by leveraging technology for better identification, monitoring, and response to pregnancy-related risks. It directs the Secretary of HHS to fund projects using remote monitoring, telehealth, and digital tools to reduce maternal mortality and severe morbidity, with a focus on underserved populations. The legislation also mandates studies and reports on integrating technology into maternity care and improving telehealth models for Medicaid recipients.

This bill officially renames the United States Postal Service facility located at 1019 Avenue H in Fort Madison, Iowa. The facility will henceforth be known as the Martin L. Graber Post Office. This designation will apply to all official federal references to the building.

The Fertilizer Transparency Act of 2026 mandates weekly price and quantity reporting for fertilizer manufacturers and wholesalers to increase market transparency for farmers. The bill also establishes a public dashboard to track these reports alongside new weekly retail price surveys conducted by the USDA. These measures aim to provide clearer market data while protecting confidential business information and maintaining existing antitrust oversight.

The PREDICT Act prohibits federal officials, including members of Congress, the President, and high-level executive and judicial employees, from trading in prediction markets tied to political events. The bill mandates financial penalties for violations, requires the disgorgement of any profits, and ensures public transparency by requiring ethics offices to disclose all assessed fines.

The Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act prevents federal agencies from banning the use of lead ammunition and tackle on federal lands and waters open to hunting and fishing. Exceptions to this rule are only permitted if specific, site-based field data proves lead is causing a wildlife population decline and the action is approved by or consistent with state wildlife policies.

This act officially establishes the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum and designates its location on the National Mall, requiring the transfer of land jurisdiction to the Smithsonian Institution. The museum is mandated to preserve and present the history and achievements of biological women in the United States. Furthermore, the legislation requires that exhibits and programs reflect diverse political viewpoints and authentic experiences of women, as guided by a broad array of knowledgeable sources.

The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 strengthens U.S. policy by imposing mandatory sanctions on foreign persons and financial institutions that support Iran’s nuclear, ballistic missile, drone, and terrorist activities. The bill specifically targets Iran’s petroleum and petrochemical sectors to cut off funding for these malign programs. Additionally, it expands the State Department’s "Rewards for Justice" program to incentivize the reporting of individuals who evade these sanctions.

The HONOR Gold Star Families Act increases the military death gratuity payment for survivors of deceased service members from $100,000 to $200,000. Additionally, the bill establishes an annual cost-of-living adjustment to ensure the benefit keeps pace with inflation starting in 2027.

This Act mandates that the VA-DOD Joint Executive Committee conduct a comprehensive inventory and effectiveness assessment of mental health services available to transitioning service members. The Committee must then report its findings, including recommendations for improvement, to Congress. Additionally, the bill requires a regular review of the joint separation health assessment to ensure its continued relevance.

This resolution expresses support for the National FFA Organization and designates February 21–28, 2026, as National FFA Week. It recognizes the FFA's vital role in developing future leaders through agricultural education. The bill also celebrates the 50th anniversary of the chartering of the Alaska State FFA Association.

The Law-Enforcement Innovate to De-Escalate Act aims to promote de-escalation by exempting specific, clearly defined less-than-lethal projectile devices from federal firearm restrictions and excise taxes. This legislation provides a formal process for determining which devices qualify for these exemptions under both federal law and the National Firearms Act. The bill also modernizes tax regulations by exempting qualifying less-than-lethal devices and their ammunition from federal excise taxes.

The Sharri Briley and Eric Edmundson Veterans Benefits Expansion Act of 2026 enhances support for veterans and their families by increasing disability and dependency compensation and expanding VA home loan eligibility for National Guard and Reserve members. The bill also adjusts VA home loan fee structures and extends key pension payment limits through 2036.

This Act officially designates two Department of Veterans Affairs clinics in Iowa to honor fallen Iowa National Guard heroes. The Des Moines VA clinic will be renamed the Staff Sergeant Edgar Torres-Tovar VA Clinic. Additionally, the Marshalltown VA clinic will be named the Staff Sergeant William Nathaniel Howard VA Clinic.
