The SHUSH Act (Silencers Help Us Save Hearing Act) removes firearm silencers from the definition of "firearms" under federal law, effectively eliminating the associated $200 tax, registration requirements, and federal oversight. The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospital transport and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

The Justice for Victims of Sanctuary Cities Act of 2025 allows victims of certain crimes committed by undocumented immigrants to sue state and local "sanctuary jurisdictions" for damages if those jurisdictions failed to comply with federal immigration detainers. By accepting specific federal grants, these jurisdictions waive their immunity from such civil lawsuits. Additionally, the bill provides liability protections for local law enforcement officers who cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

The Firearm Industry Non-Discrimination (FIND) Act prohibits federal executive agencies from contracting with businesses that discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations. Under this legislation, contractors must certify that they do not maintain policies that unfairly limit or refuse services to the firearm industry. Violations of these requirements may result in contract termination, suspension, or debarment.

The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the destruction of all firearm transaction records currently held by the ATF from discontinued gun businesses. Additionally, the bill amends federal law to eliminate the requirement for future firearm dealers to submit their transaction records to the government upon closing. The ATF is further required to submit a report to Congress confirming the number of records destroyed.

The Fair Play for Girls Act mandates that the Attorney General submit a comprehensive report to Congress analyzing the challenges facing female athletes in sports. This report will evaluate issues such as fair competition, the impact of biological males in women’s sports, and the prevalence of harassment and abuse against female athletes. Additionally, the legislation requires the development of policy recommendations to better protect and support women and girls in athletics.

The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025 establishes a national standard allowing individuals to carry concealed handguns across state lines, provided they are legally authorized to carry in their home state. Under this act, visitors must adhere to the host state’s operational laws regarding where and how firearms may be carried. The legislation preserves each state's authority to regulate its own internal permit-issuing processes while ensuring nationwide recognition of valid carry rights.
