The "Restoring Faith in Elections Act" aims to standardize and secure federal elections by establishing federal standards for mail-in ballots and election result reporting, introducing automatic voter registration, promoting equal treatment of voting methods, and creating a national database to ensure the accuracy of voter registration lists. This act mandates states to implement automatic voter registration using electronic data from government agencies unless individuals opt out, standardizes election administration procedures, and establishes a National Deconfliction Voting Database to prevent duplicate registrations and ensure voter eligibility. By standardizing these processes, the act seeks to enhance election integrity, increase voter participation, and ensure accurate voter rolls across the United States.

The CLEAN Elections Act requires states to use independent, nonpartisan commissions for Congressional redistricting. States must use similar commissions for state legislative districts to access federal election administration funds. A commission is considered nonpartisan and independent if the number of members from the state's two largest political parties is equal and none of its members are elected officials.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a person can serve in Congress. Representatives would be limited to six two-year terms, and Senators would be limited to two six-year terms. The term limits would not be applied retroactively to anyone serving before the 118th Congress.

The Election Day Act amends Title 5 of the United States Code to recognize "Election Day" as a federal holiday. This would add Election Day to the list of recognized holidays alongside Columbus Day.

The "Let America Vote Act" aims to increase voter participation and prevent noncitizen voting. It mandates that states allow unaffiliated voters to participate in any primary election without being treated as party members or having their information shared and prohibits non-citizens from voting in any election. Non-compliant states risk losing federal election administration funding, while compliant states can receive transition assistance grants.

This proposed constitutional amendment mandates a balanced federal budget, where total spending cannot exceed total income, unless a supermajority in Congress approves specific overspending. The President must submit a balanced budget annually. Exceptions are allowed for declared wars, national emergencies, or natural disasters, each requiring specific congressional approval. The amendment would take effect five years after ratification, giving Congress time to enact enforcement legislation.

This proposed constitutional amendment would prohibit Members of Congress from receiving compensation during a fiscal year if they fail to pass a concurrent budget resolution before the start of that fiscal year. This requirement would apply to fiscal years beginning after the amendment's ratification.

The "CLEAN Public Service Act" terminates future retirement benefits for Members of Congress under the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employees Retirement System, 90 days after enactment of the bill. This act halts government contributions and payroll deductions for congressional retirement, while preserving already earned benefits. Members of Congress can still participate in the Thrift Savings Plan.
