The "Office of Gun Violence Prevention Act of 2025" establishes an Office of Gun Violence Prevention within the Department of Justice, led by a Director appointed by the Attorney General, to coordinate gun violence prevention efforts, evaluate related laws and programs, and recommend evidence-based policies to Congress and the President. The Director will also convene an advisory council comprising various officials and at least 12 additional individuals representing gun violence survivors, community violence intervention service providers, and other relevant groups. The Office will also assist communities affected by gun violence with crisis response activities, such as providing access to mental health services and suicide prevention resources. Finally, the act authorizes the appropriation of necessary funds to carry out the provisions of the bill.

The "Delaware River Basin Restoration Program Reauthorization Act of 2025" reauthorizes and modifies the Delaware River Basin Conservation Program. It broadens the definition of the Basin to include Maryland, allows prioritization of funding for projects benefiting small, rural, or disadvantaged communities, and extends the program's operation until 2032.

The Secretary of State must certify compliance with this requirement to Congress within 30 days of the act's enactment and annually for 5 years.

The Polluters Pay Climate Fund Act of 2025 taxes fossil fuel companies based on their historic carbon emissions to create a fund for climate resilience, adaptation, disaster response, and environmental justice initiatives. The "Right to Contraception Act" establishes a statutory right for individuals to access contraception and for health care providers to provide contraception and related information free from government interference. It prohibits federal and state laws that restrict the sale, provision, or use of contraceptives, and allows the Attorney General, individuals, and entities to bring civil suits against those violating the Act. The Act clarifies that it overrides other federal and state laws, including the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, but does not override federal laws related to coverage under group health plans, health insurance, or federal healthcare programs. The Combating International Islamophobia Act directs the State Department to establish an Office to Monitor and Combat Islamophobia, headed by a Special Envoy. This office will monitor and combat Islamophobia and Islamophobic incitement in foreign countries. The State Department will also include information about Islamophobia in its annual reports on human rights practices and international religious freedom.

The "Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025" extends increased Medicare payment support for physicians and practitioners through 2025. It increases payment rates by 6.62% for services provided from April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. The bill also updates a section of the Social Security Act to include the years 2021 through 2025 for conforming changes.
