The Act also allows for sanctions on individuals undermining Georgia's Euro-Atlantic integration or its peace and stability. Finally, it outlines ways to enhance U.S. assistance to Georgia, particularly if the country revitalizes its democracy and Euro-Atlantic integration.

The Equality Act amends existing civil rights laws to explicitly include protections against discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity in areas such as public accommodations, employment, housing, credit, and jury selection. It clarifies and expands the definition of sex to include sex stereotypes, pregnancy, childbirth, related medical conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics. The act ensures equal access to shared facilities and prohibits the use of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to justify discrimination. The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. The "Combating Organized Retail Crime Act" aims to combat the rise in organized retail theft and related crimes by amending Title 18 of the U.S. Code to include provisions that target the theft, fraud, and illegal redistribution of goods. It also establishes an "Organized Retail and Supply Chain Crime Coordination Center" to coordinate federal, state, and local law enforcement efforts, share information, and track trends related to organized retail crime. The center will work to support training and technical assistance to combat organized retail crime and organized supply chain crime. Finally, the Act requires the evaluation of existing federal programs to identify ways to expand support for state, local, and tribal law enforcement.

The Mobile Mammography Promotion Act of 2025 allows refunds of federal motor fuel excise taxes for fuel used in mobile mammography vehicles. It amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permit the Secretary to pay the ultimate purchaser an amount equal to the aggregate tax imposed on fuel used in vehicles designed exclusively for mobile mammography services. The act also exempts liquids sold for use in these vehicles from retail tax. These changes aim to reduce the operational costs of mobile mammography services, thereby promoting increased access to breast cancer screenings.

The "Stop Raising Prices on Food Act" limits the President's power to impose tariffs on the top 5 countries importing U.S. agricultural goods. Before enacting new tariffs, the President must submit a request to Congress outlining the objectives, why other options are insufficient, and the potential impact on the U.S. agricultural economy, and receive Congressional approval through a joint resolution. This ensures Congressional oversight on trade policies affecting the agricultural sector.

This bill supports the designation of April 10 as "Dolores Huerta Day" to recognize her lifelong commitment to activism, including co-founding the United Farm Workers Union and advocating for civil rights. It celebrates her achievements in improving Latino voting access, ensuring safer working conditions, and promoting feminism and women's equality. The bill also acknowledges her numerous awards and ongoing work through the Dolores Huerta Foundation.

The SAVE Our Poultry Act amends existing legislation to include highly pathogenic avian influenza as a high-priority research area. The "Farmer First Fuel Incentives Act" modifies the clean fuel production credit to only include fuel derived from feedstocks grown in the United States. It also excludes indirect land use emissions from lifecycle greenhouse gas emission calculations, extends the clean fuel production credit through 2034, and refines emissions factor calculations for greater precision.

The American Family Act establishes a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payments, providing up to $300 per month per child, and creates a $500 tax credit for other dependents. The "Forest Legacy Management Flexibility Act" amends the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978, enabling the Secretary to authorize states to approve qualified organizations to acquire, hold, and manage conservation easements for the Forest Legacy Program. It sets specific criteria for qualified organizations, ensuring they can effectively manage and enforce forestland interests. The bill also outlines conditions for the termination and reversion of conservation easement rights and defines "qualified organization" with specific requirements, including accreditation and adherence to conservation purposes.

The "Hands Off Medicaid and SNAP Act of 2025" prevents any reconciliation bill from reducing Medicaid enrollment or benefits, or SNAP eligibility or benefits, through January 20, 2029. It amends the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to enforce this protection, ensuring these vital programs remain untouched by budget cuts. Violations of this act will be subject to a point of order.

The "Sanction Sea Pirates Act of 2025" aims to combat piracy, particularly off the Somali coast and in the Gulf of Aden, by imposing sanctions on foreign individuals and entities involved in these activities.
