This bill expresses support for designating May 2025 as "Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month" to promote motorcycle safety and awareness among all road users. It recognizes the importance of motorcycles as a fuel-efficient mode of transportation and encourages the safe sharing of roadways. The bill also emphasizes the need for rider safety education, training, and the use of proper gear for safe motorcycle operation.

The CHOICE for Veterans Act of 2025 amends title 38 of the U.S. Code to modify the process and oversight of agents and attorneys who assist veterans with initial and supplemental benefit claims. It mandates increased transparency, including public lists of accredited representatives and warnings about fees, and sets guidelines for fee agreements, including caps and installment options. Finally, the bill extends certain limits on pension payments.

The TRANSPORT Jobs Act directs the Secretary of Transportation to develop and publicize a plan, in consultation with other departments, to help veterans find employment in supply chain jobs. The plan will identify barriers faced by veterans, challenges employers face in hiring them, and recommend actions to help veterans become supply chain employees. This includes identifying regions with the greatest need and highlighting skills veterans possess. The goal is to improve outreach, training, and mentorship programs to increase veteran participation in the supply chain workforce.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The NFA SBS Act seeks to remove short-barreled shotguns from the purview of the National Firearms Act, thereby eliminating specific federal regulations and restrictions on these firearms. This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code and Title 18 of the United States Code to exclude short-barreled shotguns from certain definitions and prohibitions, preempting state and local laws that impose taxes, registration, or record-keeping requirements on these shotguns, and mandates the destruction of related records held by the Attorney General. The bill aims to treat short-barreled shotguns like other legal firearms, removing what proponents argue are unnecessary restrictions.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include these requirements and directs states to reject applications lacking such proof. The Act also outlines acceptable forms of documentation, verification processes, and penalties for non-compliance, while allowing provisional ballots under certain conditions. Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security must notify state election officials when an individual becomes a naturalized citizen.

The Prioritizing Veterans’ Survivors Act amends title 38 of the United States Code, clarifying that the Office of Survivors Assistance is located in the Office of the Secretary within the Department of Veterans Affairs. This change formalizes the office's position within the department's organizational structure.

The "RESILIENCE Act of 2025" amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow utility companies to reduce their adjusted financial statement income by the amount of depreciation and repair/maintenance deductions taken on public utility property. This applies to property that the utility company owns and is treating as depreciation on their financial statements. This change is applicable for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

The DRIVE Act prohibits the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from requiring commercial vehicles over 26,000 pounds to use speed limiting devices. This prevents the agency from mandating a maximum speed setting for these vehicles.

This bill allows the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma to bring a land claim case against the U.S. government in the United States Court of Federal Claims regarding an 1805 treaty. This ability to bring the case will expire one year after the bill is enacted. The bill also extinguishes all other land claims by the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma in Illinois, except for the claim authorized under this bill.

The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act of 2025 aims to increase affordable housing options by updating state housing credit formulas, refining tenant eligibility rules, and improving credit eligibility and determination. This includes adjusting income verification processes, modifying student occupancy rules, and protecting domestic abuse victims. The bill also focuses on Native American and rural assistance by addressing housing needs in Indian areas and streamlining income eligibility for rural projects. Additionally, it revises rules for exempt facility bonds and renames the "low-income housing tax credit" to the "affordable housing tax credit" while encouraging data sharing and discouraging discriminatory land use policies.

The "Clear Communication for Veterans Claims Act" aims to improve the clarity of Veterans Affairs notices through an independent assessment, ensuring veterans receive understandable information regarding their claims. It also extends certain limits on pension payments through the end of December 2031.

The IDEA Full Funding Act aims to increase federal funding for special education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) from fiscal year 2026 through 2035 and subsequent years. It authorizes and appropriates specific funding levels for IDEA, excluding section 619, with increasing amounts each year. The funding is determined by both a set dollar amount and a percentage based on the number of children with disabilities and average per-pupil expenditure, whichever is greater. The bill also mandates that the increased funding adhere to "cut-as-you-go" rules, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

The "Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act" prohibits Federal Reserve Banks from offering financial products or services directly to individuals, maintaining accounts for individuals, or issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly or indirectly. It also blocks the Federal Reserve from testing, creating, or implementing a CBDC, or using it to implement monetary policy, without explicit congressional authorization. The bill clarifies that these restrictions do not apply to digital versions of the dollar that are open, permissionless, and private, like physical currency.

The Iranian Terror Prevention Act mandates the Secretary of State to designate specific organizations as foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) within 90 days. It directs the President to determine and potentially impose sanctions on these organizations and associated entities within 60 days. The Secretary of State must also regularly report to Congress on new entities that could be designated as FTOs or sanctioned. Finally, the President is required to report to Congress justifying any decisions not to sanction a listed organization.

The Black Vulture Relief Act of 2025 allows livestock producers and their employees to take black vultures that are causing or are reasonably believed to cause death, injury, or destruction to livestock. This act defines key terms related to black vultures and livestock production and requires individuals who take a black vulture to submit an annual report to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. The Act prohibits the use of poison to take or attempt to take a black vulture. The Fish and Wildlife Service must provide a reporting form within 180 days of enactment.
