The Heirs Education and Investment to Resolve Succession of Property Act supports the stability of agricultural land by extending the Heirs Property Intermediary Relending Program through 2031. These measures aim to keep farmland in production and improve access to vital USDA programs for multi-owner properties.

The Protecting Our Produce Act establishes a five-year pilot program to provide financial assistance to eligible producers of seasonal crops, such as asparagus, blueberries, and squash. The program offers payments to farmers when domestic market prices drop due to increased imports. This initiative aims to support the stability of specialty crop growers through $200 million in annual authorized funding.

The Military Housing Performance Insight Act mandates that the military submit detailed reports on privatized housing twice a year instead of annually. These semi-annual reports must now include specific data on how housing information is collected, used for decision-making, and any limitations in resident satisfaction metrics. Furthermore, the Department of Defense is required to publish these comprehensive reports publicly within 30 days of submission.

The "President Jimmy Carter Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the posthumous presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal to former President Jimmy Carter in recognition of his dedicated service to the Nation. This medal, created by the Secretary of the Treasury, will be given to the Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia, following the award ceremony. The Act also permits the creation and sale of bronze duplicates of the gold medal to the public and authorizes the United States Mint to use its Public Enterprise Fund to cover the costs of producing the medals.

The "Disabled Veterans Tax Termination Act" amends Title 10 of the United States Code to allow military retirees with any service-connected disability to receive both retired pay and veterans' disability compensation concurrently, eliminating the previous disability rating requirement. It adjusts how disability retirees with fewer than 20 years of service have their retired pay reduced and updates references and headings to reflect these changes. These amendments will take effect the first day of the month following the enactment of this Act, applying to payments for subsequent months.
