The "Restoring Faith in Elections Act" aims to standardize and secure federal elections by establishing federal standards for mail-in ballots and election result reporting, introducing automatic voter registration, promoting equal treatment of voting methods, and creating a national database to ensure the accuracy of voter registration lists. This act mandates states to implement automatic voter registration using electronic data from government agencies unless individuals opt out, standardizes election administration procedures, and establishes a National Deconfliction Voting Database to prevent duplicate registrations and ensure voter eligibility. By standardizing these processes, the act seeks to enhance election integrity, increase voter participation, and ensure accurate voter rolls across the United States.

The Lumbee Fairness Act grants federal recognition to the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, making them eligible for federal services and benefits. It directs the Secretary of the Interior to verify the tribal roll and allows the Department of Interior to take land into trust for the tribe. The State of North Carolina maintains jurisdiction over criminal and civil actions, unless jurisdiction is transferred to the United States.

The Bank Privacy Reform Act amends the Bank Secrecy Act to enhance financial privacy by requiring search warrants for accessing financial records, clarifying the purpose of transaction record-keeping, and removing or modifying several sections related to reporting requirements, penalties, and definitions. These changes aim to narrow the scope of financial surveillance and reinforce the privacy of individuals' financial information.

The Historic Roadways Protection Act restricts the Secretary of the Interior from using federal funds to finalize or implement new travel management plans in specific areas of Utah until certain lawsuits are resolved. These lawsuits involve Utah counties versus the United States regarding R. S. 2477. The affected travel management areas include: Henry Mountains and Fremont Gorge, Dinosaur (North), Book Cliffs, Nine Mile Canyon, San Rafael Swell, Dolores River, Trail Canyon, and Paunsaugunt. It also restricts the implementation of specific travel management plans within Utah during the same period.

This bill formally elects specific members to serve on the House of Representatives' standing committees for Agriculture, Foreign Affairs, Natural Resources, and Science, Space, and Technology.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a person can serve in Congress. Representatives would be limited to six two-year terms, and Senators would be limited to two six-year terms. The term limits would not be applied retroactively to anyone serving before the 118th Congress.

This bill condemns Turkey's ongoing occupation of Cyprus, citing violations of international law, human rights, and UN resolutions. It calls for the withdrawal of Turkish troops, adherence to democratic principles, and a resolution based on a bizonal, bicommunal federation. The bill urges Turkey to cease interference in Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone, assist in locating missing American citizens, and remove illegal settlers from occupied territories. Finally, it encourages the President to prioritize resolving the Cyprus issue.

The "Grant Integrity and Border Security Act" mandates that applicants for federal grants must certify they have not, are not, and will not violate laws against bringing in or harboring undocumented immigrants. The Act allows federal agencies to withhold funds from grantees found in violation of immigration laws. It also requires the Attorney General to provide information on individuals convicted or suspected of violating these laws.

This bill expresses the House of Representatives' belief that the NSA's bulk collection of telephone records was illegal and unconstitutional. It asserts that Edward Snowden's disclosure of this program was in the public interest. Therefore, the bill suggests that the Federal Government should drop all charges against Edward Snowden.

The Health Care PRICE Transparency Act aims to increase price transparency in healthcare by requiring hospitals to post standard charges for services online in a consumer-friendly format, and mandating health plans and insurers to provide detailed information on in-network and out-of-network costs, as well as prescription drug prices. It also requires health insurance exchanges to provide individuals with cost-sharing estimates and information on deductibles, in-network rates, and potential out-of-network billing. Non-compliant hospitals may face civil monetary penalties.

The Legal Workforce Act mandates employers to verify employees' work eligibility through a federal verification system, requires the use of secure identity authentication technologies, and increases penalties for hiring unauthorized workers. It establishes a federal employment eligibility verification system, preempts state laws on employment eligibility verification, and protects employers from liability if they act in good faith based on the system's information. The Act also includes measures to prevent fraud and misuse of documents and Social Security numbers, and requires audits to identify unauthorized workers.

This bill amends House rules to allow staffers who are members of the armed forces and already hold a security clearance from the Department of Defense to be exempt from the limit on the number of employees in a Member's office who can have security clearances. This exemption applies to staffers working for members of specific House committees and subcommittees related to defense, homeland security, foreign affairs, and intelligence. The employee's security clearance level cannot be higher than their existing Department of Defense clearance or the highest level the office can sponsor.

The "Dairy Farm Resiliency Act" amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to improve the Dairy Margin Coverage program. It updates the production history calculation for dairy farms and increases the coverage levels for Tier I and Tier II. These changes aim to provide better support and stability for dairy farmers.

The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.
