The UNPLUGGED Act of 2025 mandates that public schools establish and enforce policies prohibiting students from possessing or using personal electronic devices, such as cell phones, during school hours. The Support Military Families Act protects federal employees married to U.S. service members by exempting them from mandatory in-person work requirements, allowing them to continue teleworking or working remotely.
