The Well-Being Insurance for Seniors to be at Home Act (WISH Act) establishes a new federal long-term care insurance benefit under Social Security to help seniors financially plan for extended care needs and remain in their communities. This benefit is funded through a newly created Trust Fund and is designed to supplement, not replace, personal savings and existing care options. The Act also mandates a national education campaign and requires the Social Security Administration to send personalized notices informing individuals about their potential coverage status.

This bill establishes a commission to study the feasibility of creating a National Museum of Italian American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. The commission will develop recommendations for a plan of action, including a fundraising plan to support the museum's establishment, operation, and maintenance without federal funds. The commission will submit reports to the President and Congress, and will conclude 30 days after submitting its final reports. No federal funds will be used for the commission's work.

The "Import Security and Fairness Act" amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to restrict duty-free treatment for goods from non-market economies or countries on the priority watch list. It mandates detailed documentation for de minimis imports, including article descriptions, origin, and transaction values, to ensure compliance. The Act establishes penalties for non-compliance and allows denial of exemptions for those suspended from federal business. Additionally, it requires Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to notify parties of detained merchandise eligible for exemptions, with options for abandonment or export at the importer's expense.
