The Eliminating Looting of Our Nation by Mitigating Unethical State Kleptocracy Act of 2025 (the ELON MUSK Act) strictly prohibits special government employees from holding or benefiting from any contract or agreement with the Federal Government. This legislation immediately terminates any existing such contracts upon enactment. The goal is to prevent individuals serving the government temporarily from simultaneously doing business with it.

The "Protect Social Security and Medicare Act" mandates a supermajority vote in Congress to pass any legislation that cuts benefits managed by the Social Security Administration or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This requirement aims to safeguard Social Security and Medicare benefits from being easily reduced. An exception is provided for Medicare Advantage plan payment reductions if offset by equal or greater increases in other Medicare benefits. The Social Security Administration's Chief Actuary Office is designated as the sole authority to determine if a proposed bill would reduce Social Security benefits.

This resolution designates February 24–28, 2025, as "Public Schools Week" to celebrate the vital role public education plays in preparing students for the future. It reaffirms the commitment to providing every child with a high-quality, inclusive, and well-funded learning environment. Additionally, the bill calls on lawmakers to prioritize equitable resources and support services to ensure student success.
