The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to destroy firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for submission of these records in the future. The ATF Director must then submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Qualified Immunity Act of 2025" codifies qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, protecting them from liability in individual capacity unless the violated right was clearly established or a reasonable officer would have known their conduct was unlawful. It also shields law enforcement agencies and local governments from liability if the officer is not liable under the defined conditions or was acting within the scope of their employment. The Lumbee Fairness Act grants federal recognition to the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, making them eligible for federal services and benefits. It designates specific counties in North Carolina as the Tribe's service area and requires a needs assessment report to Congress. The Act also authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for the Tribe and addresses jurisdictional matters, while clarifying the application of the Indian Child Welfare Act.

The Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act repeals section 136 of the Clean Air Act, which likely taxes natural gas. Additionally, any funds that were previously allocated under the repealed section are rescinded, meaning they are no longer available for their original purpose.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the creation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team and their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame Museum, and the United States Olympic Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The Sporting Firearms Access Act of 2025 amends Title 18 to streamline the importation process for firearms and ammunition intended for sporting purposes like hunting and target shooting. It sets deadlines for import request decisions, requires detailed explanations for denials, and prohibits denial of imports for items substantially similar to those already available in the U.S. The bill also provides avenues for hearings and judicial review for denied applications, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who were not inspected upon entering the U.S., had a revoked nonimmigrant visa, or violated their visa terms, and are charged with a crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to inform victims and their families about the alien's identity, immigration status, criminal history, custody status, and removal efforts. The law also ensures that it does not diminish any rights crime victims have under existing laws.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025" permits individuals legally authorized to carry a concealed firearm in their home state to do so in any other state that allows concealed carry, provided they possess a valid photo ID and either a concealed carry permit or the legal right to carry without one in their home state. When carrying a concealed handgun in another state, individuals must adhere to the same restrictions imposed on residents of that state. This law does not override state laws regarding the issuance of concealed carry licenses or permits.
