The Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act mandates that candidates for federal office must disclose in their statement of candidacy if they hold citizenship in any country besides the United States, specifying the country. This disclosure requirement will be enforced by the Federal Election Commission immediately upon the enactment of the law.

The NICS Data Reporting Act requires the Attorney General to submit an annual report to Congress detailing the demographic data of individuals who were denied firearm purchases after failing a NICS background check. This report will include data on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, age, disability, average annual income, and English language proficiency, if available. The goal of this report is to provide insights into who is being denied firearm purchases and why. The first report is due one year after the enactment of the act.

The "Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act" eliminates the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve Banks one year after enactment, repealing the Federal Reserve Act. During the dissolution period, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board will manage the winding down of affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget Director will liquidate assets to maximize returns to the Treasury. The Treasury Secretary will assume outstanding liabilities and, along with the Office of Management and Budget Director, report to Congress on the implementation of the Act.

The SAFER Voter Act seeks to eliminate the age restriction that prevents individuals under 21 from purchasing handguns and handgun ammunition from licensed federal firearms dealers. This bill would amend title 18 of the United States Code, specifically sections 922(b)(1) and 922(c)(1), to allow adults 18 and over to purchase handguns.

This bill prohibits federal funds from being used for disinformation research grants. It also blocks funding for Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace grants. Additionally, the bill defunds programs within the National Science Foundation's Track F: Trust and Authenticity in Communications Systems.

The "Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act" repeals the inclusion of Social Security benefits in gross income, effectively ending the taxation of these benefits for taxable years beginning after the enactment of this law. The Act mandates the allocation of funds each fiscal year to the Social Security Act or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974, ensuring these programs are not negatively impacted by the tax elimination. The amount allocated must equal the reduction in transfers to these funds because of the change. Congress intends to offset the revenue reduction without raising taxes.

This bill terminates the Department of Education, effectively eliminating the department on December 31, 2026.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2025 mandates a comprehensive audit of the Federal Reserve System by the Comptroller General within one year. Following the audit, a detailed report must be submitted to Congress, including findings and recommendations. This act aims to increase transparency and accountability within the Federal Reserve System by repealing audit limitations.
