This bill, titled the Epstein Files Transparency Act, mandates the Attorney General to release nearly all unclassified Department of Justice records related to Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days of enactment. The legislation strictly limits the justifications for withholding or redacting documents, prohibiting secrecy based on political sensitivity or potential embarrassment. The only permissible redactions involve victim privacy, child sexual abuse material, or narrowly defined threats to active investigations or national security classifications. The goal is to ensure full accountability and public knowledge regarding the nation's gold assets.

The Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act mandates that candidates running for office must disclose any dual citizenship they hold with a foreign country on their official campaign paperwork. This new requirement ensures voters are aware of a candidate's foreign citizenship status. The disclosure must be included after the principal campaign committee is established.

The NICS Data Reporting Act of 2025 mandates that the Attorney General annually report data on all failed firearm background checks conducted through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). This report must be submitted to Congressional Judiciary Committees. The required data breakdown includes demographic information such as race, age, and sex, where available.

The "Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act" eliminates the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve Banks one year after enactment, repealing the Federal Reserve Act. During the dissolution period, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board will manage the winding down of affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget Director will liquidate assets to maximize returns to the Treasury. The SAFER Voter Act seeks to eliminate the age restriction that prevents individuals under 21 from purchasing handguns and handgun ammunition from licensed federal firearms dealers. This bill would amend title 18 of the United States Code, specifically sections 922(b)(1) and 922(c)(1), to allow adults 18 and over to purchase handguns.

This bill prohibits federal funds from being used for disinformation research grants. It also blocks funding for Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace grants. Additionally, the bill defunds programs within the National Science Foundation's Track F: Trust and Authenticity in Communications Systems.

The "Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act" repeals the inclusion of Social Security benefits in gross income, effectively ending the taxation of these benefits for taxable years beginning after the enactment of this law. The Act mandates the allocation of funds each fiscal year to the Social Security Act or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974, ensuring these programs are not negatively impacted by the tax elimination.
