The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health benefits coverage that includes abortion coverage, with exceptions for rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother. Payment is limited to Doctors of Chiropractic who have attended a documentation webinar or similar program designed by the Secretary, or for treatment involving manual manipulation of the spine to correct a subluxation.

Finally, the act authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 to carry out these provisions and requires a report on efforts to advance public awareness and identify best practices related to FASD.
This bill makes it mandatory for the Department of Homeland Security to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, which require certain migrants to wait in Mexico while their U.S. immigration cases are processed.
