The Build the Wall Act of 2025 establishes a dedicated Treasury fund specifically for the construction and maintenance of physical barriers along the U.S. southern border. This legislation mandates the immediate reallocation of all unobligated Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to finance these border security efforts.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.

The Sunshine Protection Act of 2025 proposes making daylight saving time the permanent, year-round standard time across the United States. This change would eliminate the need to biannually "spring forward" and "fall back" by shifting all time zones forward by one hour. States currently exempt from daylight saving time would retain the option to remain on standard time.
