It stipulates that individuals whose sex is male are prohibited from participating in amateur athletic competitions designated for females.

The Dismantle DEI Act of 2025 aims to immediately rescind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates across the federal government, including shutting down related offices and banning specific ideological training for federal personnel and contractors. The bill prohibits the use of federal funds for DEI activities by grant recipients and mandates that federal advisory committees cease all such practices or face termination. The Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act of 2025 ensures that monetary penalties from False Claims Act cases are deposited into the Crime Victims Fund through fiscal year 2029. This excludes payments to whistleblowers and reimbursements to the government. This will increase the amount of money available to help victims of crimes.

The "Ensuring Justice for Victims of Partial-Birth Abortion Act" mandates the Attorney General to investigate potential violations of the partial-birth abortion ban, including the remains of five babies discovered in Washington, D.C., and requires mandatory reporting of violations by healthcare workers. The "Household Goods Shipping Consumer Protection Act" increases consumer protection in the household goods shipping industry by allowing the Secretary to enforce penalties for violations, enabling states to use grant money for enforcement and retain penalties, and setting requirements for registration. This includes defining "principal place of business," requiring disclosure of relationships within the transportation industry, and allowing the Secretary to withhold or revoke registration for non-compliance.

The "No Foreign Persons Administering Our Elections Act" prohibits states and local jurisdictions from hiring non-U.S. citizens to administer any Federal election. This law applies to all Federal elections held after the enactment of the law.

The "Counter SNIPER Act" mandates that the Secretary of Homeland Security provide presidential candidates with a written justification if they are deemed ineligible for Secret Service protection, allowing candidates to request reconsideration. This bill also requires Senate confirmation of the Director of the United States Secret Service.

The "Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025" extends increased Medicare payment support for physicians and practitioners through 2025. The "Securing America's Land from Foreign Interference Act" prohibits members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and entities under CCP control from purchasing public or private real estate within the United States and its territories. This includes the 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories.

The "No Abortion Coverage for Medicaid Act" seeks to codify the Hyde Amendment by ensuring that federal Medicaid funds are not used for abortions or health coverage that includes abortion services. This includes prohibiting the use of federal funds for travel or lodging related to obtaining an abortion. Exceptions are made only in cases of rape, incest, to save the mother's life, or for the treatment of a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

The "Life at Conception Act" declares that the right to life, as guaranteed by the Constitution, is vested in each human being, both born and preborn, from fertilization onward. This act defines "human being" as every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life. Notably, the act specifies that no woman shall be prosecuted for the death of her unborn child.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025" prohibits abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detectable, with exceptions only to save the mother's life or in reported cases of rape or incest. Physicians must check for a fetal heartbeat before performing an abortion and document the findings. Violators may face fines and/or imprisonment, but the mother cannot be prosecuted. The act does not override stricter state laws or create a right to abortion.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. This removes the previous expiration date, providing long-term tax certainty for eligible businesses. The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for the U.N. Population Fund Act" prohibits U.S. taxpayer dollars from being contributed to the United Nations Population Fund. This includes both direct and indirect contributions from the Department of State, as well as any other federal department or agency.
