This bill renames the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Texas as the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge, in honor of Jocelyn Nungaray. It directs that all references to the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in any legal or official documents be changed accordingly.

The American Entrepreneurs First Act mandates that the Small Business Administration (SBA) require citizenship status documentation for loan applications under section 7(a) of the Small Business Act or title V of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958. It also prohibits loans to applicants who are not U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents, and to businesses with owners who are asylees, refugees, or aliens without lawful status. This act aims to prioritize American citizens and legal residents in accessing SBA loan programs.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The Act also outlines acceptable forms of documentation, verification processes, and penalties for non-compliance, while allowing provisional ballots under certain conditions. Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security must notify state election officials when an individual becomes a naturalized citizen.

The DRIVE Act prohibits the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from requiring commercial vehicles over 26,000 pounds to use speed limiting devices. This prevents the agency from mandating a maximum speed setting for these vehicles.

This bill recognizes Tren de Aragua as a foreign terrorist organization perpetrating an invasion of the U.S. It affirms the President's authority to repel this invasion by apprehending, detaining, and removing members and affiliates of the group, citing constitutional powers and the Alien Enemies Act. The bill highlights Tren de Aragua's violent activities across multiple states and asserts the need to remove these alien enemies for national safety.

The "Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act" prohibits Federal Reserve Banks from offering financial products or services directly to individuals, maintaining accounts for individuals, or issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly or indirectly. It also blocks the Federal Reserve from testing, creating, or implementing a CBDC, or using it to implement monetary policy, without explicit congressional authorization. The bill clarifies that these restrictions do not apply to digital versions of the dollar that are open, permissionless, and private, like physical currency.

The "1071 Repeal to Protect Small Business Lending Act" repeals Section 704B of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, eliminating requirements for financial institutions to collect and report data on small business loans. This aims to reduce compliance costs for financial institutions, particularly smaller ones like community banks and credit unions. The goal is to alleviate regulatory burdens and improve credit access for small businesses by removing these data collection requirements.

The "End Taxpayer Subsidies for Electric Vehicles Act" eliminates the clean vehicle tax credit by repealing section 30D of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. This change removes the tax credit for electric vehicles for vehicles put into use after the enactment of this law. The act also makes corresponding amendments to other sections of the Internal Revenue Code and title 23 of the United States Code to align with the repeal.

The "RIFLE Act" repeals the existing tax on firearm transfers outlined in Section 5811 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Additionally, it amends related sections of the code to align with the repeal. The act clarifies that it does not grant the Consumer Product Safety Commission any authority over firearms regulated under the Internal Revenue Code.

The "No Partisan Radio and Partisan Broadcasting Services Act" prohibits federal funding for National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). This includes direct funding, indirect support, or purchasing programming. The prohibition extends to any successor organizations of NPR and PBS.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act" enables individuals with valid concealed carry permits or the legal right to carry concealed firearms in their home state to do so across state lines, provided they are not federally prohibited from possessing firearms and carry a valid photo ID. This law respects private and state/local government restrictions on firearms, protects individuals from unwarranted arrest, and allows legal action for violations of these rights. It also permits concealed carry in National Parks and other federal lands open to the public and clarifies that handguns include magazines and ammunition.

The "Fair and Open Competition Act of 2025" seeks to ensure open competition and government neutrality in federal construction projects by preventing requirements for or bans against agreements with labor organizations. It prohibits discrimination based on labor affiliation, reduces construction costs, and expands job opportunities. The Act mandates revisions to regulations and allows exemptions only in special circumstances like public health or national security threats.

The "Protecting Life and Integrity in Research Act of 2025" prohibits federal funding and support for research using human fetal tissue obtained from induced abortions, while allowing for the development of new cell lines not derived from such tissue. The bill permits research on fetal tissue from miscarriages or stillbirths and amends the Public Health Service Act to redefine related terms and conditions. It also prohibits the solicitation or acquisition of human fetal tissue when the pregnancy was initiated to provide the tissue or the tissue was obtained pursuant to an induced abortion.

The "Save Our Shrimpers Act" aims to protect the U.S. shrimping industry by preventing federal funds from supporting foreign shrimp farming through international financial institutions. It prohibits the Secretary of the Treasury from providing funds to international financial institutions that use the funds for shrimp farming, processing, or export activities in foreign countries. Additionally, the Act mandates an annual report from the Comptroller General to Congress on the compliance of U.S. Executive Directors at international financial institutions regarding opposition to financial assistance for surplus commodities and minerals.

This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 620 East Pecan Boulevard in McAllen, Texas, as the "Agent Raul H. Gonzalez Jr. Memorial Post Office Building." It also mandates that all legal and official documents will refer to the facility by this new name.

The "Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act" eliminates the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve Banks one year after enactment, repealing the Federal Reserve Act. During the dissolution period, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board will manage the winding down of affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget Director will liquidate assets to maximize returns to the Treasury. The Treasury Secretary will assume outstanding liabilities and, along with the Office of Management and Budget Director, report to Congress on the implementation of the Act.

The LIABLE Act removes federal immunity and liability limitations for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers, allowing individuals to sue for losses caused by the vaccines. Individuals can still seek compensation through existing federal programs, and doing so does not prevent civil action. This applies to any COVID-19 vaccine licensed or authorized by the FDA and is retroactive.
